At SceneIn, we are committed to providing a safe and secure environment for our community. This document outlines our safety standards, specifically our zero-tolerance approach toward the exploitation of minors and our commitment to child safety.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

SceneIn Technologies Private Limited maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any user found to be sharing, promoting, or engaging in the exploitation of minors will face immediate and permanent account termination.

We actively monitor our platform for such content and will report any violations to the relevant regional and national authorities, including the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) of India.

2. Safety Mechanisms

We have implemented multiple layers of protection to ensure our users experience the app the way it was intended:

• In-App Reporting: Users can report any profile, event, or specific message within the chat module that violates our safety standards.
• Human & Automated Moderation: Our safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours. We also utilize automated tools to detect and block inappropriate media.
• User Blocking: You have the power to block any user instantly to prevent further interaction or visibility.

3. Legal Compliance & Reporting

SceneIn complies with all relevant child safety laws, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the Information Technology Rules of India.

We work closely with law enforcement to provide necessary data for investigations related to child safety concerns, as outlined in our data retention and legal compliance policies.
